Revolution Rental Management is a property management company serving the Orlando, FL, area. As these two companies merge, the new company will retain the 'Revolution' name to symbolize the “revolutionaryâ⬠approach to property management. The company focuses on technology to bring the best prices and exemplary services to clients and residents in these markets.
As a combined company, the property management team will serve multiple markets across both Florida and Georgia. This allows the company to provide existing and new clients of both original companies an easy way to expand their investment portfolio with the convenience of the new single management company. As a result of the merger, the new company will provide management services for single-family properties, small multi-family properties, home watch, and HOAs/COAs.
GTL’s Todd Ortscheid, a resident of Senoia, GA, will remain the CEO of the combined company. Mr. Ortscheid has two decades of real estate experience in the Georgia and Florida markets. He's also a respected speaker and consultant in the property management industry. Mr. Ortscheid says of the new company, 'Our focus is on the best combination of technology and automation to deliver the best service and prices to clients.
Revolution’s Christine Bennett, a Long Island native who now resides in Orlando, FL, will receive an ownership stake in the combined company and take the title of Chief Growth & Business Development Officer. She will be responsible for overseeing growth across all markets served by the new combined company. Ms. Bennett has 12 years of real estate experience with a background as a paralegal. Her extensive experience in short sales, distressed properties, property management, and real estate sales will help bring success to the new company and its clients.
The new Revolution company has plans for continued expansion, first throughout Georgia and Florida and eventually across the Southeast. The company's expert full-service property management services include property marketing, leasing, tenant screening and placement, property maintenance, rent collection, financial reporting, and more.
