We strongly recommend the use of our approved vendors, as we've been working with most of them for many years and have a great working relationship with them. They will provide you with a great price while getting the work done quickly and to a high standard. That said, unlike some companies, we do NOT require you to use our vendors. If you have your own vendors who you like, and they meet all of the above requirements, then we are happy to consider them and generally approve them unless we have had a bad experience with them in the past. If you would like to request the use of your own vendor, it must be done so before the work order has been submitted. If we have already received a work order for the property and something needs to be repaired, it's too late at that point to request the use of your preferred vendor.
