Revolution is one of the few property management companies in the country offering our owner clients the option for a rent advance: the ability to get your full lease term’s worth of rent upfront in a big lump sum. This option is part of our Owner Benefits Package. This option is provided by one of our insurance partners, and in exchange, the insurance company keeps 8% of the rent for their fee.
Whenever you have a new tenant move into your property or a lease renewal is signed, you will get a rent advance offer that comes from our insurance partner, Steady. This email will have instructions on how to apply for the rent advance. Follow those instructions, and once your application has been approved, Revolution will get a notice from Steady and you will receive a lump sum deposited into your bank account for the full amount of the rent.
If for some reason you don’t receive your rent advance offer from Steady after a new lease is signed and you are interested in getting a rent advance, just let us know and we’ll get in touch with Steady for you to get an offer re-sent. It’s as easy as that!
