Revolution has two options for tenants: 1) a traditional security deposit, or 2) a security deposit waiver option, which involves a monthly non-refundable security deposit waiver fee. The option you choose at the beginning of the lease is usually the option you stick with throughout your tenancy, but it is possible to change it later.
If you selected the traditional security deposit option when you moved in, you can change it to a security deposit waiver by doing the following:
- Submitting a request form.
- Paying a Lease Amendment Admin Fee of $25.00.
- Paying the Security Deposit Waiver Fees back to the beginning of your move-in date.
