Can I paint a room or make improvements to the house?

Before you can make any changes, even improvements, to the home, you must get approval from us in writing. One person’s improvement is another person’s eyesore, so we always have to make sure the changes you would like to make are acceptable to us and the landlord. Generally we will approve things like painting in a neutral color, but we can’t guarantee it, so you must always get approval first. If you fail to do this, you will be charged for the cost of returning the home to its original condition, so be cognizant of this.
