Do I need to get renter’s insurance?

If you originally rented from Revolution or you have signed a lease renewal with us, then your lease will include the Resident Benefits Package (RBP), which has renter’s insurance included in the amounts of $100k liability coverage and $10k for your personal property coverage. If you would prefer to have higher coverage limits than this, then you can always purchase your own policy instead. Renters who rented from someone else originally and Revolution took over management of the property mid-lease will need to have their own renter’s insurance policy until the lease is renewed under our standard lease agreement including the RBP. Please note that Revolution and the landlord are never responsible for your personal property if it gets damaged in the home through act of god, so you need to have renter’s insurance to protect your own property.
