Getting verifications of rental history is a common part of screening prospective tenants, homebuyers, borrowers, etc. While not all companies will need a rental verification, many require it.
Residents of Revolution properties (or the apartment complex, lender, etc. who is asking for it) can get a rental verification by submitting this form. There is a $25.00 fee for processing this request, which is included in all of our standard leases, and the form will accept payment at the time it is submitted.
Once we receive that form from you, we will respond with a full rental verification, including a number of late payments, rent amount, dates of tenancy, etc. By submitting the request, and by signing your lease, you are agreeing to the release of all relevant information and to paying the fee.
