How can I pay my rent?

There are several ways that you can make payments on your lease:

• Set up automatic monthly payments to be withdrawn from your checking account; this can be set up on your Resident Portal; there is no additional charge using this method of payment, and this is the preferred method
• Set up automatic monthly payments to be charged to your credit or debit card; this is set up on your Resident Portal; there is a convenience fee charged for this which covers the cost of what the credit card processor charges us; the amount of that fee varies by the type of the card and the amount of your rent
• Make a one-time payment from your checking account using an e-check; this can be done on your Resident Portal, and there is a convenience fee of $25
• Make a one-time payment from your credit or debit card; this can be done on your Resident Portal, and there is a convenience fee; the amount of that fee varies by the type of card and the amount of your rent
• Pay with cash using the RentMoney system at most Wal-Mart, Kmart, Kroger, and many other popular locations; there is a small charge for this charged by the store, but it is much lower than the convenience fees on other non-recurring payment options; for details on how to do this, refer to the RentMoney article on this help site
• Pay by bringing payment in the form of check or money order to the corporate office location in Senoia, GA; we do not accept cash at our office; you must schedule an appointment in order to make payment in person; there is a $10 Paper Payment Admin Fee for all paper payments
• While we do not recommend it, you may mail a check to our PO Box also; please keep in mind that we are not responsible for the mail, and if your payment does not make it to us in time, you will be responsible for the late fees and will possibly risk eviction if payment does not get to us by the deadline; therefore, we discourage paying in this manner; to pay by mail, use this address, and remember to include an additional $10 for the Paper Payment Admin Fee:
