Is it okay if I’m not in the home for long periods of time?

If you are going to be away from the home for more than fourteen (14 days), then you should let us know in advance so that we do not suspect that the property has been abandoned. Just email us at support@RevolutionRM.com so we know to expect your absence. Also be sure that someone you know is keeping an eye on the house, making sure the pipes don’t freeze, etc. You are also required to keep all utilities on at all times and the thermostat set between 60-85 degrees at all times, even when you are absent. This is to make sure the property is protected from damage.
