To make things simple, and to save our residents some money, Revolution Rental Management has a master insurance policy through AssetProtect that provides $100k of liability coverage, as well as $10k in tenant contents coverage, for every new and renewing tenant. This is provided through the Resident Benefits Package that is included in the standard lease.
It's easy for you to find a copy of this policy. Just log in to your Resident Portal, and click on the "Documents" link at the left. You should see the insurance policy under the "Other Documents" header.
