Dual Agency is when one real estate brokerage represents both the buyer and the seller in a transaction. Generally, Revolution Rental Management will only be representing the seller, unless the buyer has specifically entered into a Buyer's Agency Agreement with Revolution Rental Management.
Revolution Rental Management does allow its agents to practice dual agency. When this happens, it will be clearly disclosed to both parties, so you will know it is taking place.
